Sharing skills, knowledge and awareness

Mentoring is a learning relationship between a mentor and a mentee (the client). It is based on sharing skills, knowledge, experiences and competences through developmental conversations, and role modelling.

How will I work with you?

My commitment will be to build a relationship with you that can cover a wide variety of contexts, and that is an inclusive two-way partnership for mutual learning that values differences.
